as part of Operation Lowkey, a law enforcement operation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and United States law enforcement agencies acting in accordance with the United States Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) and a seizure warrant issued pursuant to 18 USC 1030 issued by the United States Supreme Court.
